Yep. An organ in a bottle. I thought maybe it was self explanatory, but then again, maybe not. I am not very good at this Wordless Wednesday, eh?
This belonged to Grandma. I'm not sure which is more disturbing--that we still have her appendix in a little bottle in a box at my dad's house or that my fingernails have that much dirt under them.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE it! I've always had the secret wish to have my appendix out just so I can keep it in a bottle for shock value. This is the BEST Wordless Wednesday I have ever seen period. I thought at first you might have had your own appendix removed in an emergency. How mysterious.
(By the way, I never did explain how I found you. I'm half of the Popular Libarians blog--you have it linked. Kristen is the other half. And I met Melissa Marr last summer at a writers conference and made a total fool of myself. I loved Wicked Lovely! And I sort of know Marci and Nancy--our lives intersect at UND once in a while....)
