Lemon Dill Dip

My current favorite recipe is one for a veggie dip. This makes snacking on veggies a real treat.

ingredients

3/4 cup non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup non-fat cream cheese
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
Salt to taste
Dill to taste

Cream yogurt and cream cheese together until smooth.
Add all other ingredients and mix.
Chill as long as you can stand to wait to allow flavors to blend.
Serve with assorted raw fresh veggies.
